Specialist’s in the outdoor gym space during this time allows our trainers to provide the personal touch needed by our members.
A shared passion for group training in the great outdoors has morphed into this exciting exercise hub – Bayside Outdoor Fitness.
Our sessions include cardio, boxing, HIIT, stretching and toning in a ‘bootcamp’ style without the ‘bootcamp’ intimidation.
It’s challenging and fun for everyone with a focus on creating a supportive and health conscious community all our members feel part of.
