Description
The Canicross Club exists to enhance the lives of dogs and their humans by participating in canicross and canihiking (getting out into the local forests with your dog/s)
We are dedicated to fostering a healthy community of dog-loving people who share our passion.
We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone and every dog feels comfortable participating.
Canicross is a sport where you run with your dog (as a team) while attached to them with a specialized harness, bungee cord and running belt. It's a great way to exercise with your dog and build a stronger bond with them. Canihiking is the same as Canicross, just at a more relaxed pace. You are still attached to your dog and they wear a specialized harness and bungee cord. Often the human belt is wider, has more padding, and other options like pouches etc. With Canihiking you can start with your normal walking gear.
