Join the ultimate test of endurance at Dead Cow Gully Backyard Ultra—a "last one standing" event where runners complete a challenging 6.7km loop every hour until only one remains.
This isn't just a race; it's a profound measure of human limits. Will you conquer 5 loops, push to 15, endure 24 hours, or go even further? The clock never stops until the final runner stands alone.
The rugged course winds through stockyards, open grasslands, steep gullies, and stands of gumtrees, set on a historic cattle property where you'll run alongside roaming livestock in the surrounding paddocks.
The event's evocative name originates from an unfortunate incident near the creek, where a cow met its end tangled in tree roots high above the water.
