The Rock 'N Reef Bowen Trail Run, held on Sunday, 28 June 2026 at Case Park, Horseshoe Bay Road, Bowen, QLD, is a highlight of the Outer Limits Trail Run Series.
This trail run offers participants breathtaking views of pristine beaches and rugged rocky headlands. The course features a mix of rocky and technical trail sections, challenging steep climbs, fast descents, and coasteering elements on the longer distances.
Runners will encounter several out-and-back segments leading to spectacular lookouts, alongside stair sections. The terrain is varied and uneven, including rocky paths and stretches of soft sand, providing an engaging and adventurous running experience.
