The 2026 AusCycling MTB Cross-Country Queensland State Championships will bring two days of championship mountain-bike racing to Castle Hill Blackstone Reserve in Blackstone on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026. The event is presented by Ipswich Offroad Cyclists and is part of the Queensland state championship calendar.
Saturday features the short-circuit cross-country (XCC) competition. Registration opens at 8:00am, with track practice available throughout the day before racing begins at 12:35pm. The day is scheduled to conclude with presentations at approximately 5:15pm.
Sunday features the Olympic cross-country (XCO) competition. The event village and registration open from 7:00am, followed by official practice from 7:00am.
Racing is offered across junior, elite, expert, masters and e-bike categories, including under-13, under-15, under-17 and under-19 classes. AusCycling race membership is required for entry.
Competitors and spectators can expect a full weekend of cross-country mountain-bike action at a dedicated venue in Ipswich’s western suburbs, with championship racing conducted across both the fast-paced XCC and longer-format XCO disciplines.
