About this event
The 2026 AusCycling WA State Road Championships will bring Western Australia’s leading road cyclists to Boddington on Sunday, 1 November 2026. Hosted by Peel District Cycling Club, the championships will feature racing across the Elite, Under 23, Under 19 and Masters categories.
The Elite and Under 23 men’s race will cover 134 kilometres, while the other championship categories will contest a 74-kilometre course. Racing will begin with a 1-kilometre neutral zone to the town boundary before competitors take on the open-road circuit through the surrounding region, including Quindanning.
The event hub will be located at Boddington Old School Oval, providing a central base for competitors and spectators. The championships are expected to attract around 500 visitors and will showcase some of Western Australia’s strongest road-racing talent.
Traffic management will operate on sections of Bannister-Marradong Road, Pinjarra-Williams Road, Harvey-Quindanning Road and Lower Hotham Road between 7.00 am and 1.30 pm on event day. Road users should allow extra travel time and take care around affected roads.
AusCycling race membership is required to enter. The event forms part of the AusCycling Western Australia State Road Championships, the state’s premier road-racing competition for riders across multiple age categories.
