About this event
The 24 Hour Row is a powerful nationwide challenge where teams row for 24 hours straight to raise funds for Gotcha4Life—an organisation dedicated to building mental fitness and preventing suicide across Australia. This isn't just a physical endurance test; it's an opportunity to spark meaningful conversations, show up for your mates, and highlight the importance of connection, community, and fitness for mental wellbeing.
Whether you're rowing at your local gym, sporting club, school, or even your garage, anyone can take part. Register your team, recruit your village, and start fundraising together. With the flexible Row Your Way option, you can choose your own dates if you can't participate on 12-13 September 2026.
Every dollar raised makes a direct difference. Just $50 helps fund one person's place in one of Gotcha4Life's life-changing workshops—programs that build mental fitness and equip people with the skills to navigate life's challenges and strengthen relationships. By participating in the 24 Hour Row, you're helping to build a stronger, more connected Australia and supporting Gotcha4Life's educational workshops and programs in schools, sports clubs, and community groups across the country.
The 24 Hour Row has been running for 7 years, starting from Avalon Beach Surf Lifesaving Club and growing to involve 65+ clubs, gyms, schools, and workplaces nationwide. It's a proven way to challenge yourself, support your community, and contribute to mental health awareness and prevention.
Register your team now and be part of this important conversation about mental fitness and connection.
