The Brisbane Road Runners Club presents its Half Marathon Championships on Sunday, August 23, 2026—a thrilling 21.1km race along a scenic riverside course in West End, QLD.
This event is part of the club's popular series held every second Sunday, offering distances for runners of all abilities and experience levels.
Races start and finish at the South Brisbane Sailing Club on Hill End Terrace, where participants and spectators can relax under shady trees and enjoy clubhouse facilities. The certified course follows a fast, flat 5km loop beside the Brisbane River, with the half marathon consisting of a short 1.1km initial lap followed by four 5km loops.
