Join the Canberra Runners Winter Series for this scenic 16km race around the West Basin of Lake Burley Griffin. The course follows bike paths in an out-and-back route from the start location toward and past Scrivener Dam, offering a flat and accessible running experience.
This event is part of the annual Winter Series, which runs on Saturdays from late April through mid-September and features races ranging from 2km to 21.1km across various terrains including bike paths, cross country, and dirt roads. The series also includes longer races at Stromlo Forest Park and an off-road half marathon at Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve.
