About this event
The City of Joondalup Mullaloo Triathlon takes place on Sunday, 21 March 2027, at Tom Simpson Park beside Mullaloo Beach in Western Australia.
The standard-distance triathlon includes a 1.5-kilometre ocean swim, a 40-kilometre cycle on closed roads and a 10-kilometre run. Participants complete the course as an individual, while relay teams can share the three disciplines between team members.
The event is timed, with competitors taking part in their designated categories. The ocean swim is subject to wetsuit requirements under the applicable triathlon competition rules, depending on water temperature and participant age. Approved cycling helmets are required for the bike leg.
