About this event
This approximately 10 km walk explores Cranbourne Gardens in late spring, beginning at Stringybark Picnic Ground and moving through bushland tracks, garden areas and wetlands.
Walk route
The group starts from the Stringybark Picnic Area at the East Entrance, then walks to the gardens via Possum Gully Track and Trig Track. The return route is listed via Wylies Creek Track and the wetland walk.
Garden visit
The day may include morning tea and a garden tour before the return walk. Lunch is also part of the outing, so participants should be prepared for a longer walking day rather than a short stroll.
