About this event

Join the Georges River Festival of the Feet, an annual celebration of running and walking through one of Sydney's most scenic natural settings. This inclusive event welcomes participants of all abilities—from serious competitors to families with children—for a day of fitness, fun, and community.

Choose your distance: tackle the full 21.1km half marathon or opt for the 3km, 7km, or 14km courses. All routes are off-road, winding through the picturesque Mirrambeena Regional Park along the Georges River and around Lake Gillawarna. Experience undulating terrain, wetlands, bushland, and river gum-lined trails while enjoying local birdlife and stunning natural surroundings.

Every finisher receives a medal, with trophies awarded to top placements in each category. Lucky draw prizes add to the excitement, and individual, team, and family entry options make it easy to participate however you choose. With over 600 participants expected, this is a vibrant community event that celebrates fitness and brings people together.
