Description
Organiser: The Cheers Squad
Feeling like you're juggling more plates than a circus performer? The hustle, the endless to-dos, and that ever-growing calendar can get a bit much sometimes.
It's time to hit the brakes, even if just for a moment.
The Cheers Squad has teamed up with Empowerment Coach, Eloise Skye, to bring you a Half Day Women’s Urban Wellness Retreat, tailor-made for women just like you, who've been burning the candle at both ends. It’s where wellness, connection and magic come together.
Imagine this: A cosy cocoon of like-minded ladies, a sanctuary away from the daily grind. Think of it as a soulful pause button, a chance to refill your cup, surrender, and connect with fellow female business owners who've been on the same rollercoaster ride.
For four blissful hours, we're taking over Inna Bliss, a haven tucked into the heart of Camp Hill's charming Martha St Village. Picture yourself stepping into a light-flooded studio with treetop views - an instant balm for your senses.
Here's the breakdown of what's in store:
• You’ll be welcomed into the space and encouraged to mingle over herbal tea, setting the vibe for a day of connection.
• We’ll then dive into a 45-minute Workshop that'll help you gracefully ride the business highs and lows while harnessing the magic of energetics and manifestation to conquer your goals and really GO FOR IT in your biz.
• From there, we’ll sink into a 75-minute Yin Yoga Session – a true tonic for mind, body, and soul. Think restorative poses for 3-5 minutes, guiding you into a realm of meditation, introspection and relaxation.
• The day will then flow into a beautiful 45-minute Sound Immersion Experience, designed to help your body and mind hit the reset button.
• You’ll then be gently guided to return back to presence, where we’ll integrate and share our experiences over some more herbal tea and a generous platter of nourishing/healthy snacks.
• We’ll wrap up just as the sun begins to set, leaving you refreshed, recharged, and ready to rock the last quarter of 2023 with clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
This retreat is your lifeline if:
• Burnout has been your uninvited BFF.
• You're daydreaming of some quality 'me time' that actually recharges your batteries.
• Connecting with a squad of like-minded women sounds like your kind of party.
• An alcohol-free event gets you excited.
• This retreat is thoughtfully crafted for women of all walks, whether you're a seasoned wellness devotee or just dipping your toes into the realm of self-care. Anticipate departing with revitalised energy, a rejuvenated perspective, and a profound sense of self-discovery and camaraderie. Only 15 spaces available, so secure your spot now!
Important info:
• Notebooks and pens will be provided for the workshop, as well as eye pillows, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps (if needed).
• Please BYO mat, comfortable clothing, towel, socks, a water bottle and an open heart and mind. You’re welcome to bring whatever else you'd like to get cosy - a little support goes a long way!
• You're asked to attend the entire event (1:00pm to 5:00pm AEST) to take full advantage of the half-day experience.
• Your ticket is non-refundable and is subject to our general T&Cs.
• You are solely responsible for any transport to/from the venue plus any additional food, beverages, or miscellaneous items purchased on the day.
• If you have an injury, Eloise will be available to talk to you about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe and comfortable if needed.
• No unapproved or additional people are allowed onsite. Essentially one ticket = one person. No exceptions, sorry.
