Join the Adelaide Trail Runners for the Lofty's Revenge Ultra Marathon on Saturday, 27 June 2026, a challenging and scenic event showcasing some of Adelaide’s most captivating lesser-known roads and trails.
The highlight is the 50km Ultra Marathon, starting at Felixstow Reserve, just northeast of the CBD. Runners will begin with a smooth, nearly flat stretch along Linear Park beside the River Torrens, followed by the stunning new "Aqueduct Trail" in Highbury, offering breathtaking views of Black Hill. The course features approximately 1,800m of elevation gain and consists of about 70% trail and 30% road surfaces.
Participants can choose to run the 50km solo or as part of a three-person relay team, with relay legs of 16.4km, 19.5km, and 14.6km. Additional distances include a 28km race starting at Foxfield Oval in Athelstone and a 10km race beginning and finishing at Mt Lofty Summit.
