Mother's Day Classic: Darwin & NT
Join Australia's largest charity fun run on Mother's Day, celebrating community and supporting vital breast cancer and ovarian cancer research. This inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities to walk or run at their own pace.
The Darwin event takes place at the scenic East Point Reserve, featuring a flat, accessible 5km course through beautiful parklands with stunning views across the Arafura Sea. The well-maintained paths accommodate everyone from competitive runners to families with prams, making it the perfect way to spend Mother's Day morning together.
Whether you choose to walk or run, you'll support an important cause while enjoying the tropical surroundings and vibrant community spirit. Multiple locations throughout the Northern Territory also participate in this nationwide event.
East Point Reserve is located approximately 5km north of Darwin's CBD via Ross Smith Avenue, with ample free parking available. Arrive at least 30 minutes early for parking, registration, and pre-event activities. Public transport options are also available to the venue.
