SXCC Sunday Crits is a weekly criterium series hosted by Southern Cross Cycling Club at the closed Sutherland Bike Track within Waratah Park Reserve. The event features graded racing, generally ranging from A to D grades, along with dedicated junior racing. Race formats and the grades competing together may vary from week to week according to entries.
Junior racing is scheduled from 10.00 am, while sign-on begins from 7.15 am. Limited warm-up is available on the track, with surrounding streets also suitable for warming up. Parking is available at the track and nearby ovals.
Riders must hold a current AusCycling RACE licence and may be asked to present it before racing. An ASA-compliant helmet is required. Junior riders competing only in the junior races pay a reduced entry fee, while those entering an open grade should enter their appropriate grade.
Entries may be available on the day if places remain. The event is held on a closed criterium circuit, with the course configuration selected by the commissaires and potentially using different track sections or a combination of sections.
