Join the **Tamworth Running Festival** on Sunday, August 2, 2026, for an exciting lineup of road races and community events in Tamworth, NSW.

Choose from a full **Marathon**, Half Marathon, 10km, and 5km fun runs, plus a 6km community walk and a free kids' run—perfect for runners, walkers, and families of all levels.

Started by three locals in 1974 as a simple 10km fun run, this iconic event has grown into the third oldest fun run in NSW, attracting top talent and fostering a vibrant running culture in North West NSW.
