The TreX Sunshine Coast MultiSport Festival returns on Sunday, 31 May 2026, hosted at the scenic Ewen Maddock Dam in Landsborough, Queensland. This premier off-road event features challenging Cross Triathlon, Cross Duathlon, and AquaBike races set against the lush backdrop of the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Participants will swim in the protected waters of Ewen Maddock Dam before tackling fast-flowing single-track mountain bike trails through Ferny Forest. The run course offers a rugged mix of uneven, rocky terrain, creek crossings, open trails, and wet, muddy sections, traversing the diverse bushland and rainforest trails of Beerwah State Forest.
TreX Sunshine Coast proudly hosts the Triathlon Queensland State Championships and serves as a World Qualifying Event for the ITU Cross Triathlon World Championships, attracting athletes from across Australia and beyond.
The event includes multiple race distances suitable for all ages and skill levels, such as standard, sprint, junior, and dirt kids categories, providing an action-packed multisport weekend for the whole family.

Kids (7-11 yrs): 50m + 1.5K + 500m
Teaser (12 yrs +): 150m + 4K + 1K
Sprint: 400m + 9.5K + 3.5K
