About this event
Dedicate your movement this November to people facing ovarian cancer. Workout 4 Women is Ovarian Cancer Australia's nationwide fundraising challenge, with every kilometre and donation helping fund free specialist telehealth support and advocacy for women and families affected by the disease.
Choose your November distance
From 1 to 30 November 2026, aim for 40km, 80km or 120km, or set a distance that suits you. Walk, run, swim or ride, and decide when and how often to move. The 120km option works out to about 4km a day, but there is no requirement to be active every day. You can spread your sessions across the month at your own pace.
Join on your own or with a team
Registration is free. Sign up online to create your personal fundraising page, then invite friends, family or colleagues to support your challenge. You can also form a team and work towards your distances together. There is no age limit, although participants under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian.
Support for your challenge
Participants receive fundraising tips and resources, including posters and social graphics to help share their efforts. The organiser also provides guidance as the month progresses. Fundraising milestones can unlock branded rewards and entries into prize draws. Early registrants can enter a draw for a $600 Sleep Ins voucher, subject to the organiser's terms and conditions.
Why your kilometres matter
Ovarian Cancer Australia's Teal Support Program offers free specialist, person-centred telehealth support, combining ovarian cancer nursing, psychosocial support, trusted information, practical guidance and peer connection. Funds raised through Workout 4 Women help sustain that support and the organisation's advocacy for better outcomes. Choose a distance that works for you, register online, and use your fundraising page to share why you are taking part.
