About this event
WSTC Triathlon Series Race 6 is a club triathlon event held on the Altona Beach foreshore, offering a choice of distances for different ages and abilities. Competitors complete the triathlon legs in order: swim, bike and run.
Race options include:
- Sprint triathlon: 750m swim, 18.75km bike and 5km run
- Enticer triathlon: 400m swim, 12.5km bike and 3km run
- Dash triathlon: 300m swim, 6.25km bike and 2km run
- Sprint aquabike: 750m swim and 18.75km bike
- Enticer aquabike: 400m swim and 12.5km bike
- Sprint aquathon: 750m swim and 5km run
- Enticer aquathon: 400m swim and 3km run
The bike course follows the length of the Esplanade, while the run course uses the scenic Altona foreshore path. The event is open to WSTC members and non-members, providing options for experienced competitors, developing athletes and participants who prefer a swim-and-run or swim-and-bike format.
Registration and transition arrangements are managed from the club facilities near the Altona Beach foreshore. Registration is scheduled to open approximately one hour before racing begins, with event-day entry available subject to availability.
WSTC Triathlon Series Race 6 takes place on Sunday, 18 April 2027, in Altona, Victoria.
