About this event

XTERRA Anglesea brings off-road triathlon to Victoria’s Surf Coast on Saturday, 13 February 2027. Staged around Anglesea Main Beach and the surrounding coastal environment, the event combines open-water swimming, mountain biking and trail running across a scenic course featuring beaches, coastal cliffs, ironbark forest and rugged trails.

The Standard distance triathlon includes a 750-metre swim, 15-kilometre bike leg and 5.3-kilometre run. Competitors can expect a challenging course that showcases Anglesea’s natural terrain while testing skills across three off-road disciplines.

The event is part of a broader XTERRA weekend, with a Sprint distance triathlon and Aquathlon also scheduled for Saturday, followed by trail-running events and the Full Distance Triathlon on Sunday, 14 February. The program is designed to welcome experienced off-road athletes, trail runners, newcomers and younger participants.

XTERRA Anglesea is presented by Rapid Ascent and offers an outdoor racing experience in one of Australia’s best-known coastal adventure destinations.
