Activity Details
Celestial Tai Chi College runs Tai Chi and Qigong classes in St Kilda at The Betty Day Community Centre. Classes run during six seven-week college terms each year, with one-hour weekly lessons.
Sessions begin with Qigong and gentle limbering exercises before students practise in level groups. New starters join a Level 1 group with an instructor.
No booking is needed for a first beginner class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and arrive about 15 minutes early for signup.
