Mostly giving one-on-one sessions, from 40 years experience in teaching Iyengar Yoga, using Peter Hess Sound Massage and most recently, Hindic Veda/Vedanta studies of Arsha Vidya plus Ayurveda nutrition. I look forward to meeting you. Currently providing one-on-one over 70's well-being for those living with Parkinson's Disease on Zoom and Face-to-Face.
