Tai Chi Australia beginners classes introduce new students to Tai Chi through structured, gentle group lessons at Lloyd Street Primary School in Malvern East. The program is designed for people who are new to Tai Chi and want to try a calm, low-impact way to build balance, coordination and confidence.
What to Expect
Classes focus on beginner-friendly Tai Chi practice in a group setting. Wear flat-soled shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. The first introductory lesson is free, and students who enjoy it can continue with the term program.
Cost: $220 AUD per 10-week term, with a free introductory lesson available for beginners.
