BOXING beginner/intermediate **DAYLIGHT SAVINGS ONLY**
Learn basic boxing technique including pad holding and basic combos. This class is brilliant for building focus and after work stress relief too!
All equipment provided, however you’re welcome to bring your own - no partner necessary as we’ll pair you up with someone of similar ability.
6.15pm every Thursday evening, $17.50 casual class however 8 packs of classes are available from
$90 per pack.

choose from STEP, BOOTY BANDS or BODYWEIGHT/DUMBBELLS options for each song.
Each class has a different genre, artist or musical theme.
