Our Vision: To create an Australia where people with disabilities can enjoy the social, recreational and health benefits of an active lifestyle.
Join us on Sunday morning at 8am, meet at Hospital Road, The Domain.

Weekly walk or run from 8am every Sunday for people with disabilities. Volunteer guides are also needed. Email your details for more information.

On most Sundays we meet hail, rain or shine on Hospital Road, at the rear of Sydney Eye Hospital. opposite the Domain at 8.00am.

We train (walk or run) for an hour, taking in the sights, sounds and smells of some of Sydney’s most spectacular sites – the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Opera House and Mrs Macquarie’s chair.
