Welcome to Day One Run Club - a free community Run Club in the heart of Doreen!
Walk, jog, run or just stand and cheer... whatever you feel like you can do, everyone is welcome to join us :)
Date: Every Friday
Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm (ideal arrival 10-mins prior)
Location: Laurimar Recreation Reserve - meet under the sheltered area
Cost: FREE! Optional $10 Hydration Electrolyte shot and High-Protein Iced Choc available (see below)
What will the session look like?
5:20pm - Sign-in + Hydrate
5:30pm - Welcome + Warm-Up
5:45pm - Guided Run, Jog, Walk on the surrounding pathways around the...
