Description
Bellarine Property Sheepwash Classic – Sunday, 29 March 2026 – Barwon Heads, VIC, Australia
Join the revived **Sheepwash Classic Fun Run**, a beloved Barwon Heads tradition presented by Bellarine Property. This family-friendly event offers **1km, 4km, and 8km run/walk** options along stunning river and coastal trails, including a scenic section of Ocean Grove beach for the 8km course.[1]
All distances start on soft sand and feature approximately **1.5km of sand running/walking** between Barwon Heads Bridge and Ocean Grove. Note: Due to the terrain, prams are not suitable.
It's not about speed—it's about community, laughter, and movement for all ages and abilities. **Medals** await placegetters in 4km and 8km events (male and female categories), with **cash prizes** and special awards for top finishers. Kids get participation ribbons too![1]
This key fundraiser supports **Barwon Heads Primary School** and coincides with the school's Easter Fair. Course maps are available, and race bibs can be collected on event morning at the start area (TBA).[1]
