About this event

Break a Sweat for CF is a community fun run and walk supporting people living with cystic fibrosis. It brings together runners, walkers, families and friends for a family-friendly day out, with 5km and 10km options available.

The Melbourne event is scheduled for Sunday 13 September 2026 at The Palms, Albert Park Lake. It raises funds for cystic fibrosis research, advocacy and essential support services, helping to grow support for the CF community while contributing to the search for better treatments and a cure.

A virtual option is also available throughout September, offering a flexible way to take part for those unable to attend in person.

Expect a welcoming, active atmosphere centred on community spirit and awareness-building, with participants able to choose a distance that suits their pace and fitness level.

Please mention you found this event via KeepActive when contacting the organiser — thank you for your support!
