Experience the epic **Coastal High Trail Runs**, a premier trail running event set in the breathtaking Gold Coast Hinterland within the pristine World Heritage-listed Lamington and Springbrook National Parks.
The flagship **50km Coastal High 50** is a thrilling point-to-point course, guiding runners through lush subtropical rainforest, open forests, and dramatic cliff tops in Lamington National Park. The journey descends into Numinbah Valley, followed by intense climbs and descents, culminating near the stunning Purlingbrook Falls in Springbrook National Park.
For a shorter challenge, the **28km Coastal High Crunch** delivers most of the 50km's rugged highlights, including a demanding uphill start, steep descents to Numinbah and Little Nerang Creek, iconic stairs, and a final ascent past Purlingbrook Falls.
This event forms Race 3 of the 2026 Trail Trips Triple Crown series.
