Come Try Dancing – Ditch the Gym, Dive into Dance
Come and try 4 free dance lessons in Banyule. Visit your local studio, Just Rhythm Dance Academy, and start learning popular dances such as Cha Cha, Rumba, Salsa, Waltz and more.
The Free Classes are available until Sunday 11 May for adults - a perfect opportunity to dive into the world of dancing, whether you’ve always wanted to try it or are looking for a fun, social way to get active.
Partnering with the Australian Sports Commission’s push to get Aussies active, we’re inviting people to swap the treadmill for the dance floor.
Why Dance?
Dancing is more than just fun—it’s a full-body boost for your fitness, mood, and social life. Whether you want to get moving, lift your spirits, or meet new friends, dancing delivers a rewarding experience for all ages.
It's simple to participate. Just register at https://freeclasses.dancesport.org.au/ to take up the offer. Then let Just Rhythm Dance know you are coming.
