About this event

The Convict 100 is a major mountain bike marathon set in St Albans, New South Wales on Saturday, 1 May 2027. It is one of Australia’s most challenging MTB events, following the historic Convict Trail through the Dharug and Yengo National Parks.

Riders can choose from 100km, 67km or 48km course options, making it suitable for experienced endurance racers as well as riders looking for a shorter but still demanding adventure. The route is known for its mix of fast fire trails, technical rock gardens, rocky descents and spectacular ridgeline views.

The event is widely described as a rugged, scenic and high-intensity ride that travels through remote country and historic trail sections. For cyclists seeking a serious challenge in a striking bush setting, the Convict 100 delivers a true marathon mountain bike experience.
