About this event

Lace up your running shoes for the BMA CQ Rescue Charity Fun Run, a scenic event raising vital funds for the local rescue helicopter service.

Join us on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Iluka Park in East Mackay, QLD, Australia. Choose from a 5km run/walk or 10km run, both following picturesque out-and-back routes along the Bluewater Trail.

The event precinct opens at 6am, with the 10km starting at 6:30am and the 5km at 7:00am. All proceeds support lifesaving missions.
