About this event
Girls on Court Come and Try Day is a free squash introduction at Vic Park Squash Club for girls aged 12 to 18. Held at Leisurelife Centre in East Victoria Park, the session is designed for anyone who wants to try the sport in a friendly, social setting, including complete beginners who have never picked up a racquet.
Try Squash in a Supportive Session
The come-and-try format gives participants a chance to learn basic squash skills, get moving on court and meet other girls interested in giving the game a go. All skill levels are welcome, and no previous squash experience is needed.
Equipment and Coaching
All equipment is provided, so participants can arrive ready to take part without needing their own racquet or gear. The session is coached by Sue Hillier, a four-time World Masters Champion and Level 2 Coach, with the focus on confidence, fun and learning at a comfortable pace.
When and Where
The free session runs on Saturday 17 October 2026 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm at Vic Park Squash Club, based at Leisurelife Centre in East Victoria Park. Places are limited, and registration is required through the event page.

This come-and-try day is free to attend.
