About this event
Discover the fun of gymnastics through movement, exploration and play.
Featuring a variety of activity stations, this session is designed to help children build confidence, coordination and fundamental movement skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Every challenge starts with giving it a go. Come along and explore, move and discover as you work your way through a range of exciting activities. You never know what new skill you might uncover when you step outside your comfort zone.
A facilitator will be available throughout the session to guide participants and demonstrate movements.
Remember to be SunSmart. Please wear a hat, apply sunscreen and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
