KAAIAA Experience - Bondi
Event location
Description
Organiser: KAAIAA Pty Ltd
Join Leah Simmons and her community for a special in-person class at the newly refurbished Bondi Pavilion.
KAAIAA has built a cult following as it's the world’s first workout to combine four proven modalities (breath work, bodywork, meditation and mindset training) to achieve four clear outcomes: better focus, balance, strength and connection. Through music, movement, stillness and strength, participants can maximise the effectiveness of their fitness regime from the inside out, with minimal time commitment.
THE FOUR PILLARS OF KAAIAA
FOCUS | BREATH WORK - flooding your body with oxygen, activating your nervous system and firing up your neural pathways.
STRENGTHEN | BODY WORK - a combination of high and low-impact strength and pilates-based exercises to connect you to your body, strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility and strengthen your core.
BALANCE | MEDITATION - to calm the mind and give you space from the chaos of life, by connecting deeply to your body and honing your awareness of the present moment.
CONNECT | MINDSET TRAINING - encourages movement beyond mental obstacles, breaking down emotional barriers and pushing through physical limits
BENEFITS OF A KAAIAA WORKOUT:
Stronger, leaner body
Sharper focus and clarity
Improved confidence and self-esteem
Less stress and relief from anxiety
Improved sleep
Sustained positive thoughts and motivation
