The Kingscliff Triathlon on Sunday, 1 March 2026, is set against one of Australia's most stunning coastal backdrops at Faulks Park, Kingscliff, NSW. Known locally as the "Kingy Tri," this event offers a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages participants of all levels to get active and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Whether you're aiming for a personal best or completing your first triathlon, the Kingy Tri caters to all with distances including the Pinky Starter, Tempta, Sprint, and Olympic. Participants can compete individually or as a relay team, where each team member completes a single leg, or as an "all in team," where all three members complete every leg. Each team receives both individual and cumulative times.
The event is proudly organized as a not-for-profit by NXsports, with strong community involvement supporting local groups through volunteer participation and grants, making the Kingscliff Triathlon a true celebration of sport and community spirit.

Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run):
Kids (7-9 yrs): 100m + 3K + 0.5K
Junior (10-12 yrs): 200m + 6K + 1K - solo/relay
Tempta: 300m + 10K + 2.5K - solo/relay/team
Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K - solo/relay/team
Olympic: 1500m + 40K + 10K - solo/relay/team
