Join family and friends for an inspiring day out at the MS Walk Run + Roll: Canberra on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Rond Terrace, Canberra, ACT, Australia. Support Australians living with multiple sclerosis by walking, running, or rolling 5km or 10km along easy-grade tracks that showcase Canberra's iconic landmarks, starting and finishing at Rond Terrace.

Register solo, with friends, your dog, or as a team. Celebrate the resilience of the MS community—whether on foot, in a wheelchair, or pushing a pram.

Since the first event in 1989, participants have raised millions to fund essential services and support for those living with MS.
