Mt Marlay Fun Run is an exhilarating event featuring a 10km challenge and 5km fun run, set against the stunning backdrop of Mt Marlay during Stanthorpe's iconic Apple & Grape Harvest Festival on Sat, Jun 20, 2026 in Stanthorpe, QLD, Australia.
The 5km fun run starts in the heart of town, ascending the varied terrain of Mt Marlay through Queensland's cool high country at elevations between 800-1200 metres. The 10km challenge offers an extended route with undulating hills, an average 8% gradient up to the 919m summit, and panoramic views of the Granite Belt's vineyards and orchards.
Ideal for beginners with reasonable fitness on the 5km course and experienced runners on the 10km, the cooler mountain climate provides perfect conditions. All finishers receive a commemorative running cap, and entrants under 12 must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.
