The Newcastle Cross Country Club's Millington Championships, part of the Hunter Region series, will be held at Glenrock Scout Centre in Whitebridge on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
This championship features a **long course of 10.2km** for U20, Open, U30, U40, U50, U60, U70, and 70+ categories; a **medium course of 6.2km** for U16 and U18; and a **short course of 2km**.
Non-competitive runners are welcome to join the regular cross country event on the day. Club membership is required to participate—registration is open to all and must be completed online by midnight on the Friday prior.
Events typically start in the afternoon, offering varied terrain from roads to bush tracks for runners of all paces and ages from 6 and up.
