About this event

Join one of the National Trust of South Australia’s most popular annual events—a vibrant celebration of pioneering women and their historic trek from Hahndorf to the city to sell their produce. Over 1,000 walkers participate each year in this memorable journey through the Adelaide Hills.

Choose your distance: 26km starting from Hahndorf, 19km from Bridgewater, or 12km from Stirling. All routes end at Beaumont House, winding along scenic country roads, laneways, and bush tracks past historic homes and autumn-coloured deciduous trees, with stunning city views along the way.

Relax at the finish with food vans, live music, and a beautiful garden—perfect for unwinding with fellow walkers and new friends. Runners are welcome too.
