About this event
Portsea Twilight is a summer evening event held at Point Nepean National Park and listed for Saturday 9 January 2027 with a scheduled run time of 4:00pm to 9:00pm. It is part of the local running calendar and offers a scenic twilight experience in one of Victoria’s most distinctive coastal settings.
The event is known for its relaxed yet energetic atmosphere, drawing participants for a run or walk at the end of the day rather than a traditional morning start. The setting is a major part of the appeal, with the course taking place around the Portsea and Point Nepean area, where runners can enjoy sea views and a summertime coastal backdrop.
This event is suitable for those looking for a social fitness outing, a competitive run, or a memorable way to experience the peninsula at sunset. The twilight format makes it especially appealing in warm weather, when the late afternoon and evening light add to the sense of occasion.
