The 5K Foam Fest is a fun-run obstacle event that combines a 5-kilometre course with foam-filled challenges, mud, slides and a lively festival atmosphere. The Melbourne event is scheduled for Saturday, 28 November 2026, at Event Central at Caribbean Park in Scoresby, Victoria.
Participants can expect a playful, non-competitive experience with optional obstacles, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. The course features a mix of signature attractions, including foam zones, slip-and-slide sections, climbing elements and large inflatable features, with the event promoted as having 25 obstacles and millions of cubic feet of foam.
Beyond the course itself, the event is designed as a full day out, with music, food options, a kids’ area and a relaxed social atmosphere. Spectators are also welcome, adding to the festival feel and making it an appealing outing for families, friends and groups.
