Join the Sprint Series Adventure Race at Lysterfield, VIC on Sunday, 4 October 2026, a thrilling 4-hour multi-discipline event featuring running, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Set in Lysterfield Park, just 40 minutes from Melbourne, the race navigates a dynamic network of walking trails, 4WD tracks, mountain bike single tracks, and a river for kayaking.
Designed for teams of two, participants use maps and compasses to locate checkpoints by foot, bike, and kayak, with both teammates staying together throughout the entire event.
Choose from three course options to match your skill level: the Classic course (Run 5–7 km, MTB 15 km, Kayak 5 km), the Novice course (Run 3 km, MTB 8–10 km, Kayak 2 km), or the Duathlon course (Run 5–7 km, MTB 15 km, no kayak).
All fitness levels are welcome; you only need a sense of adventure and mountain biking gear (hire available), while kayaking equipment is supplied as part of your entry fee.
Kids aged 10 and above may race accompanied by an adult, making this an ideal adventure for families and first-timers seeking an off-road challenge.

Novice: ~ 3K + 10K + 2K
Classic: ~ 5K + 20K + 4K
