Sydney Trail Series Spring – Race 3 is a trail-running event based at St Ives Showground in Ku-ring-gai, offering runners a choice of four distances: 7km, 10km, 24km and 30km. The 30km course is available exclusively at this November event, providing an extended challenge for experienced trail runners.
Courses travel through the natural bushland surrounding St Ives, including sections associated with Ku-ring-gai National Park and the Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan. Aid stations are positioned along each course, with the longer distances receiving additional support points to help runners stay fuelled and hydrated.
The event caters for a wide range of abilities, from participants seeking a shorter off-road challenge to runners preparing for a longer endurance effort. The start and finish area at St Ives Showground provides a central race hub for the event.
