The 5K Foam Fest - Brisbane is a foam-filled obstacle course fun run set in Mount Cotton, Queensland, designed for participants to tackle at their own pace. The course features a mix of obstacles, including mud pits, a giant inflatable waterslide and huge amounts of foam, with all obstacles optional so both beginners and more experienced runners can enjoy the experience.
