The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast is an obstacle course-style fun run at Glenworth Valley in New South Wales, designed to be as much about fun as fitness. It features more than 20 optional obstacles, including mud pits, a large inflatable waterslide and huge amounts of foam, with participants able to walk, run or charge through at their own pace.
Created for a wide range of ages and fitness levels, the event combines a playful outdoor challenge with a festival atmosphere. Expect music, food, local market stalls, a dedicated kids’ area for younger children and a relaxed finish-line celebration.
The course is built around enjoyment rather than competition, making it suitable for both first-timers and seasoned obstacle-course fans. The emphasis is on getting muddy, staying active and having a good time in an outdoor setting.
