The 5K Foam Fest - Sydney is a family-friendly obstacle course fun run set for Saturday 5 December 2026 at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre in Horsley Park, New South Wales. The course combines running with a series of optional obstacles, plus plenty of foam, mud and water-based fun.
Participants can expect a lively day out with more than 20 obstacles, including inflatable slides, mud pits and foam zones. The event is designed so people can tackle it at their own pace, whether they want to walk, jog or race through the course.
Alongside the run, the event atmosphere includes music, food vendors, a kids’ zone for younger children, and a beer garden for adults. It is suitable for both experienced obstacle racers and first-timers looking for an energetic and playful challenge.
Spectators are welcome, making it an easy event for friends and family to enjoy even if they are not taking part.
