The Barodorf is an exhilarating point-to-point trail running event on Saturday, August 15, 2026, traversing from the renowned Barossa Valley to the historic village of Hahndorf in South Australia.
Nicknamed "Vine to Stein" for 2026, this year's course heads south through a wild, 120km journey across the Adelaide Hills trail network, connecting remote sections of the iconic **Heysen Trail** and hidden valleys.[1][2][3]
Alternate distances cater to all levels: a **50-mile ultra** from Mt Crawford Visitor Centre, **55km** from Cudlee Creek, **37km** from Cherryville, and a **16km trail run** from Mt Lofty Summit.[1][3]
Organized by Ultra Series SA and starting at Bethany Reserve, the event direction alternates annually for fresh challenges and stunning perspectives.[2][3]
