Join the Townsville Road Runners for a scenic coastal ramble starting at 6:30 AM from the park at the end of Mount Low Parkway.

Choose from two invigorating courses: a 4km short route through parkland and residential streets, or an 8km long course winding past football fields, up challenging steps, and along suburban paths.

Both distances blend sealed paths, dirt trails, and a refreshing beach finish with stunning coastal views and gentle undulations, perfect for runners of all abilities in tropical North Queensland.

Free parking is available nearby; arrive by 6:15 AM for registration and warm-up. Driving is recommended due to limited public transport.
